Terms, Freight, Returns
PRICES:
Prices are subject to change without notice.
TERMS:
1% 30, net 31 on net invoice value exclusive of freight charges and taxes. No discounts will be permitted on payments made beyond the allowable payment terms.
SHIPMENTS:
FOB Livonia, MI.
ORDERS:
Minimum order of $350.00 (net invoice value).
All orders are shipped in full case packs only.
No COD shipments on freight orders.
Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error are the sole responsibility of the customer. No special terms or conditions are permitted.
Any return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
FREIGHT:
Freight prepaid on shipments of $1,400.00 (net invoice value) or more to one
destination in the continental USA (except Alaska and Hawaii) via our transportation routing. Shipping weights shown in this price list are approximate net weights.
When merchandise is damaged in transit (obvious or concealed) or arrives
incomplete, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. If merchandise
is received or delivery is attempted without an authorization number, it will be
refused. In order to receive an authorization number to return merchandise, an
invoice number and date of purchase must be furnished to Customer Service.
No returns will be accepted after 180 days.
All merchandise must be returned to the factory freight prepaid, unless otherwise
authorized IN WRITING by Customer Service. Any unauthorized collect shipment
will be refused whether or not you have an RGA number.
Special order merchandise or discontinued merchandise cannot be returned.
All returns are subject to inspection by DQB Industries and must be in unopened
case packs that are not in damaged condition.
A service charge of 15% may be assessed against the original invoice cost in order
to recover expenses required to properly prepare returned goods for resale.
RAW MATERIAL AVAILABILITY:
Due to shortages or unavailability of raw materials, we may make substitutions at
our discretion. All weights and specifications are approximate.
